Once the customer has read these terms and conditions, an agreement is implied.
Orders to be delivered in Switzerland are quoted in (CHF Swiss Franc).
Orders to be delivered out of Switzerland are quoted excluding taxes. Local taxes, importation taxes and customs taxes will be paid by the client to the carrier.
For countries members of the European Union, the item prices will be billed in CHF.
We accept no responsibility in case of any inaccuracies of the conversion system used in case of any difference between the estimated amount of Your order in the currency of your country and the amount invoiced in Swiss Franc.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without prior notice. The items will be invoiced according to the prices in effect at the time the order is completed. The items ordered will remain our, until we receive the full payment amount. Payments must be made in full in one installment.
To order on Ago´s website, the customer needs to be over 18 and not be under guardianship. The client ensures that all the transmitted informations are aligned with the reality and respond to any damages made to us if these informations are false.
The client can order one or more displayed products, following the procedure and the ordering modalities provided by the website.
Once an order is placed following the rules of the website, this order consists of the client placing an offer to buy a product online following the purchasing conditions of the website.
All orders imply acceptance of the prices and item descriptions available at the time of sale. If one or more items ordered are not available, we will strive to inform the customer as soon as possible. In such a situation, the customer’s order will be cancelled and the corresponding payment amount will be refunded.
At this time, we deliver to the following locations: Switzerland. The rest of the world on demand
Delivery may be delayed in the event of a natural disaster or force majeure beyond Our control and in such case, we should not be held responsible for the delay in the delivery.
All items are shipped via Switzerland.
For normal orders via the Internet, Post delivers throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, as standard within 3 to 4 business days. Special orders can take up to 6 weeks.
All other countries, it usually takes 7 to 10 working days in standard shipping.
Costs of sending:
Free in all Switzerland by standard mail.
Prices vary by destination in the rest of the world.
Returns and Exchanges:
It is possible to return and exchange an order under conditions:
- The item(s) returned must be new, unused, and in the perfectly intact original packaging,
- To return and validate the return with our team, please contact and inform us via an exchange or return request at email@example.com or call our support number until: 2 days maximum after delivery. After this time, no return or exchange is possible anymore.
- Return the item(s) to the address you will find in your delivery box until: 5 days after delivery. After this time, no return or exchange is possible anymore.
We will then exchange your item or give you a credit note, but we do not make any refunds.
If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss of value is the responsibility of the purchaser. The damaged item will remain the property of the customer and the shipping at his charge.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Considering the nature of these items, unless they are damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or customized controls
- Intimate articles (for health / hygiene reasons)
- Promotional items
We accept tailor-made and personalized orders.

Terms of Returns /No Compensation Policy:
Free return in Switzerland.
For the rest of the World, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Website did not meet your expectations, no compensation will be given other than the Return/ Exchange of the product.
The customer cannot request compensation for any reason, including but not limited to: any variation in the finish or appearance of the final product; any delay in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances; any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damage of any kind caused by a product; missed opportunities to take advantage of certain discounts; any issue with our Delivery partners; any discount voucher which got deactivated due to the end of expiry date; unavailability of items which the customer tried to purchase etc. Unreasonable and unlawful requests for compensation, will be treated as loss to business cases. We hold the rights to cancel orders and block accounts of such customers without any prior notice.
The customer must retain the proof of postage of the package given to him by the Collector or the store assistant. If the package is lost, no exchange / credit note will be given without the proof of postage.
Any party may suspend or terminate your use of the Website or any Service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that there is a breach of any of the Terms.
You shall be liable to pay for any Service or product that you have already ordered till the time of Termination by either party whatsoever.
Unauthorized Charges on your card:
If you see charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on our site, but you never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf, to confirm that they haven’t placed the order. If you’re still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 15 days of the transaction to enable us to begin an investigation.
